Established on February 2, 1990 as a sole proprietorship, by the late Dato’ S.P. Veloo, Mr S.P. Muthu Veloo, expanded the firm by establishing the Kuala Lumpur branch on May 17, 1999. Actively participated and conducted disciplinary committee hearings as a committee member and chairman Thereafter, in 1993 we shifted to Klang after the demise of our founder S.P. Veloo , and we now operate from our KL branch which was established on 17/5/1999/ located in Sentul.

- Primary education at St. John’s Primary School; secondary education at St. John’s Institution.
- Read law at the University of Hertfordshire, graduating with second class upper honors in 1993 .
- Admitted to the Honourable Society of Lincoln’s Inn as a “Barrister-at-Law” in 1994.
- Enrolled as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in 1995.
- Worked at Messrs Shook Lin & Bok, gaining expertise in various legal fields.
- Legal Assistant at Messrs Lee Hishammuddin, specialising in banking litigation, securities, and civil litigation .
- Notable involvement in the case of Crocuses & Daffodils (M) Sdn Bhd v Development & Commercial Bank Bhd [1997] 3 CLJ 485.
- Joined Messrs Md. Tajuddin & Co. in 1997, expanding knowledge in litigation, banking law, and Islamic banking.
- Resigned in 1999 and joined Messrs S.P. Veloo & Co. as a junior partner, subsequently managing the firm after the demise of Dato S.P. Veloo.
- Extensive experience in banking litigation, securities, building contracts, and general civil litigation.
- Specialised knowledge in Islamic banking, gained through work with Bank Islam Malaysia Berhad.
- Proficient in commercial law, particularly in company law.

- Completed 9-month pupillage at Messrs Aznur Mazwin & Associates under the guidance of En. Mohd Zaini bin Marzuki
- Called to the bar as an Advocates and Solicitors of the High Court of Malaya on October 5, 2016.
- Joined Messrs S.P. Veloo & Co. in 2017 as a Legal Assistant, specialising in litigation matters.
- Works under the litigation department, collaborating with Mr. S.P. Muthu Veloo on various cases.
- Assists in banking litigation, general litigation, personal injury cases, and occasionally handles ad-hoc criminal cases assigned by the partner.
